Scenario video
Two people, a difficult conversation, a decision worth getting right. Characters, locations and script are all yours to set — and to change once you've seen it. Built in Scenova, so the changes are minutes rather than a reshoot.
Services / AI Videos
Scenario videos, faculty lectures, explainers. Produced in hours rather than weeks, without looking like it.
Video is usually the most expensive line in an L&D budget and the first one cut. We produce it through pipelines we built ourselves — which means the second version, whether that's a new language, an updated policy or a different audience, costs a fraction of the first.
Two people, a difficult conversation, a decision worth getting right. Characters, locations and script are all yours to set — and to change once you've seen it. Built in Scenova, so the changes are minutes rather than a reshoot.
A subject expert's material turned into finished lecture video — filmed on a green screen, or delivered by a consented AI avatar when getting faculty in front of a camera isn't realistic.
2D animation for the concepts that need a diagram rather than a face — process, cause and effect, anything with numbers moving through it.
The same video in another language, or with a policy updated, or a name changed — generated from the existing build rather than made again. There is a working sample further down.
Judge the output, not the description. The two animations are complete; the remote-meeting scenario is complete at forty-seven seconds; the in-person scenario and the lecture are ninety-second extracts from longer pieces.
Scenario · in the room · 1:30
A sales conversation, played out. Characters, setting and script are all yours to set.
Scenario · on a call · 0:47
The distracted participant. Behaviour on a video call is its own training problem, and its own setting.
Faculty lecture · 1:32
A subject expert's material as finished lecture video — presenter, slides and motion graphics.
Explainer animation · 1:47
Compound interest, animated. For the concepts that need a diagram rather than a face.
Data explainer · 1:29
Numbers moving through a chart, built so the figure and the point arrive together.
Machine-learning testing, digital marketing, customer strategy, workforce analytics. Different faculty, different material, one production standard — which is what makes a set of courses feel like a programme rather than a playlist.

Workforce analytics · 1:32
Extracts. Each full lecture runs five to eight minutes, and a programme runs to hundreds of them.
Both of these came out of Scenova, our own scenario builder, from a single build. The characters, the room, the shot sequence and the edit are defined once; each language is generated from that same definition. Press play, then switch language mid-sentence — the picture does not move, because there is nothing for it to move to.
That is why a second language is a generation rather than a project. No reshoot, no re-edit, no vendor in between, and no slow drift away from the original as versions multiply.
Slide-based courses re-version too — a different workflow, and its limits →English narration. Switch language and the playhead stays where it is — both files are generated from the same build.
Hindi narration, same build. The summary card at the end is generated in Hindi too — same layout, same design, text in the target language.

Concept to finished scenario in fifteen minutes, with an approval gate at every step. The sample above is one of its builds.
About Scenova →Virtual faculty lectures
Content in, finished lecture video out — without the production chain in between.
About PedTalk →We'll come back with a sample scene. Produced, not storyboarded — so you're judging the thing itself rather than a description of it.
